Ingredients for Home-Made Protein Powder:-

  • 100gm Almonds (contains 21-22gm Protein)
  • 100gm Walnut (contains 15gm Protein)
  • 100gm Peanuts (contains 26gm Protein)
  • 2 table-spoon Dry Milk
  • 2 table-spoon Flax Seeds (contains 4gm Protein)
  • 4 table-spoon Oats
  • 4 table-spoon Roasted Chickpeas (contains 19gm Protein in 100gm Chickpeas)
  • 100gm Pumpkin Seeds (contains 19gm Protein)

Now let's start our recipe:-

First, take peanuts and put into a pan and start roasting them. Once it's done put all these ingredients into a mixer and grind them until it becomes a powder.  Here's your Protein Powder ready but don't forget to seal it in a tight jar otherwise you will start getting clumps in your Home-Made protein powder. You can use this protein powder in your post-workout shakes to give you instant energy and will help you recover your muscles faster.

Note:- If you wanna make it tasty then I will suggest you grind Cardamom with these ingredients.
